Despite already serving a revocation of his hunting license, Andrew Klinefelter is again facing multiple felony charges for poaching and drug paraphernalia possession.
The Pennsylvania Game Commission has referred to the young man as a “chronic poacher” in a press release stating his pas convictions in 2013 and 2014 for game law violations that resulted in the revoking of his license.
Eventually officers were able to execute a search warrant on Klinefelter’s home where rifle ammunition, the skull and antlers of a deer seen in some photos found on his cell phone and a glass smoking pipe, among other drug paraphernalia was seized.
Klinefelter is charged with five felony counts of unlawful killing, eight summary counts of unlawful acts concerning licenses and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia for the incidents that occurred between September 2015 and February 2016.
