As part of the Wayne County Federation of Sportsmen’s Clubs (WCFSC) mission to introduce more youngsters to outdoor recreation, fishing and hunting, they presented a pair of young men with a special prize at a local Bass Pro Shops.

Landon Perkins, 12 and Kaden Penta, 14, each were awarded the prize of lifetime fishing and hunting licenses after the youngsters entered a draw at two separate events held in 2015.

“One of our more important priorities is to give the young the opportunity to experience outdoor sports,” stated Gene VanDeusen, president of the WCFSC.
